Our story
EVA started because a few friends who run small businesses kept saying the same thing. They did not need more advice. They needed someone who would show up on Tuesday and still be there on Thursday. Marketplaces were fast to match but every handoff felt like starting from scratch. Agencies looked polished and charged accordingly. Freelancers were good until a better-paying client came along and the replies stopped.
So we built something smaller. We care a lot about who we hire and how they communicate, not just what is on their CV. We train people on the tools you already pay for. We keep the same person on your account so you are not explaining your brand voice every Monday morning.
The whole point is that you should not have to think about this every week. One person, one rhythm, one place to send tasks. If something is outside what we can do well, we say so in week one instead of quietly delivering something mediocre.
Today we work with coaches, agencies, e-commerce brands, and solo operators across the US, UK, and Australia. Most of them came to us after a bad experience somewhere else.
